Adapting for your THRVIVAL

Is it survival or thrvival you want? Picture this: you never learnt to brush your teeth; you never tried something new in your life. How do you think that would look or feel? You might also like to consider: How do you learn and grow? What guides your choices in life? What have you accomplished?

When a newborn baby is born, they don’t have an education yet they do have an innate capacity to learn and grow, don’t they! Just think about how many cells might be in newborn baby and the fact that only 40-weeks earlier conception had to take place between Mum and Dad. A baby’s development is a massive learning process. Even before birth, a child is learning the sounds of Mum and Dad’s voices.

It’s evident to any parent watching their child’s growth and development that a constant need for stimulation is required. Sensory information is gathered and processed to understand both internal and external environments for survival. Unsurprisingly, there’s a limit as to what type of learning and development can take place. There’s an order for all the operating systems to come ‘online’, and you will continue to learn your whole life.

ADAPTATION doesn’t ever stop. The ability to change and adapt is part of all life, and at all times we’re all more than capable of change. With each step through life, you can develop yourself and eloquently refine your life.

“Nobody ever steps in the same river twice; for it is not the same river and you’re not the same person.” ― Heraclitus.

At times some people require guidance as they strive for a better life. Often a type STUCKNESS happens as a result of the nerve system holding onto patterns of behaviour. Your nerve system creates this self-limiting effect after over stimulation of THOTS, TRAUMAS & TOXINS. And this can manifest in any part of your body. Think of a filling glass and the water in it as your capacity for physical, chemical and emotional stress in your life. If the glass keeps filling up, at some point the water will overflow. And while chiropractic care can’t eliminate stress, it can help you to better deal with it.

Chiropractic works by helping YOUR body recover and reorganise. By reducing stress to your nervous system, you should then be able to accommodate the stresses in your life better and have the energy to go from survival to THRVIVAL.

“Chiropractic care is more than giving solutions; it’s about helping you learn to fish!”

The first step is to know how your body is behaving and where you’re STUCK. The best way to do this is to book a new patient exam. Or if you’re already in Chiropractic continuing with your THRVIVAL CARE.
